Eligibility for Refunds

 

  • Refunds are available for items returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process a refund.

 

 

Return Process

 

  • Contact our support team at teamhapiir@gmail.com to initiate a return.
  • Once your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions, including the return address.
  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

 

 

Refund Timeline

 

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

 

 

Non-Refundable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable or custom-made products (if applicable)

  • Any item not in original condition, or returned beyond the 7-day window

 

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There’s processing time before a refund is posted.
